so i'm officially going to Liberty in the fall.. my mom isn't exactly the happiest about it.. but i found out that it's not because i'm going to a Christian university.. it's because i'm choosing a major that doesn't make much money.. i'm sorry but my life focus is not to make money.. i'm going to get by.. & that's ok with me. i'm fine with being middle class.. i think they wanted me to do better than them or something.. b/c i have so much talent at like everything under the sun artistic you can think of.. & here i am settling for music ministry to work in a church.. & she's like jeez jillie you can work anywhere for anything you want.. & God knows computer skills can give you a lot of money.. especially like graphic design & communications stuff ya know.. but wahtev.. that's not where my heart is.. i mean i love technology & i love what i do artistically.. but i don't have a passion for doing it for the rest of my life like i do singing & leading worship for the Lord for the rest of my life.. like, i know that's what He is calling me to do.. & i know i'm going to be very successful in it.. i just have to get there.. but i can only be motivated for so long.. until the devil & the parents creep in & bring me down.. i just hope Jesus can continue to be my motivation alone when there is no one else around bringing me up.. anyways so i'm excited about it.. & i can't wait to go! i'm so ready to leave!
